Job Description:
This role involves working in an outpatient clinic with a focus on Medical Oncology/Chemotherapy Infusion, treating patients 18+ years old, including pre-transplant and post-transplant BMT patients. The LPN will typically see approximately 15-25 patients per day with CA support and must have recent oncology experience.
Responsibilities:

Rooming patients, taking vital signs, reviewing systems, and medication reconciliation.
Obtaining and processing orders for infusions and communicating if cleared.
Chart checks and setting up for procedures.
Reviewing referrals and supporting the physician team.
Requirements:

Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing.
Minimum 1.5 years of nursing experience, 1 year in current oncology experience.
BLS Certification.
Experience with EPIC Ambulatory, clinic experience required.
