2nd Shift/Weekend Cashier

Greet customers warmly upon entry to the store and enter orders accurately into the POS

Process transactions using our POS system and ensure accurate handling of cash and credit payments.

Prioritize orders effectively, preparing and delivering drinks, ice cream treats and other menu items with a sense of urgency

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Communicate closely and effectively with Back and Front of House and to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of supplies and condiments.

Previous experience in QSR cashiering or customer service.

Very strong communication skills and genuine care about the delivering the best customer experience possible

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
