Culinary Prep - Night Shift

As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our menu to life. You’ll prepare and cook fresh, high-quality dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, consistency, and presentation. Whether preparing made-to-order meals or grab-and-go offerings, you’ll help ensure every guest enjoys food that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious. Position Title: Prep Cook
Food Preparation & Execution

Execute daily prep lists efficiently while maintaining freshness and quality.

Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.

Ensure all food items are properly labeled, dated, and rotated according to food safety standards.

Food Safety & Sanitation

Follow all food safety, allergen, and sanitation procedures consistently.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift.

Adhere to all health department guidelines and company policies.

Report any unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or maintenance needs promptly.

Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors during service and prep times.

Support training of new kitchen staff as directed by management.

Guest Experience & Brand Standards

Take pride in producing food that enhances the guest experience and reflects our brand values.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

1-2 years of kitchen or culinary experience preferred.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.

Extended periods of standing and working in a high-volume kitchen.

Safe use of knives, cooking tools, and kitchen equipment required.

The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
