About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated professional with previous Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) experience to join our B2B Collections team This role supports the enforcement and recovery process by reviewing financial records, identifying collectible receivables, and managing lien documentation.

What We're Looking For

Familiarity with lien filing procedures

Assist with UCC, restraint, and account-resolution processes

The ability to collaborate effectively with internal legal and collections teams to drive successful recovery outcomes

Strong organizational, multitasking, and financial analysisskills

Experience with skip tracing or account research

Comfortable handling phone calls and resolving difficult situations professionally

Maintain accurate notes, records, and account updates

Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal account-management systems

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to operate in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

Location: Coral Springs, FL – Onsite ONLY

Pay: Base salary $40,000-$45,000 (Depending on Experience) + Commission
