This role is ideal for commissioned notaries in New York who want flexible, well paid work. You will handle real estate loan signings including refinances, purchase closings, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and seller packages for clients in Yonkers and the surrounding communities. Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Yonkers and surrounding areas.
Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents.
Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology.
Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology.
High speed internet connection, a reliable computer with a camera and microphone, a printer, a mobile phone, reliable transportation, and a home office set up.
