CycleBar, the world's first and only Premium Indoor Cycling franchise, is looking for a high-energy, people-focused Sales Associate to join our Cranberry Township team. If you love fitness, community, and the thrill of sales, this is your chance to be part of a growing brand with a mission to empower every rider.
As a Sales Associate, you are the face of our studio. Your primary responsibility is to drive sales, but your real job is to build relationships and energize the CycleBar community.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Handle phone inquiries, emails, and walk-ins
Support studio operations and team as needed
Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
Passion for health, fitness, and community connection
Sales or retail experience preferred but not required
10-15 hours per week
- Must be available at least one weekend day
- 11 per hour base pay
- Commission on all sales unlimited earning potential
