Remote - Technical Communicator

Supporting the development and approval of Quality Documents, the full-time Technical Procedure Writer will manage the controlled document approval process and assist project teams with document updates, working remotely while collaborating with global teams.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the controlled document approval process, including authoring, reviewing, and approving documents
Assist project teams in updating global and local controlled documents while coordinating editing and review activities across multiple regions
Edit draft procedural documents to ensure clarity and effectiveness for global users
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technical writing, specializing in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions for the Pharmaceutical industry
Experience with the entire documentation development life cycle, including Change Requests and approval workflows
AS or BS degree in a related field
Proficiency in MS Office products and experience with electronic document management systems; Veeva experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of GMP, GCP, and GPvP processes is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
