Recruiter, Seasonal (remote)

We have opportunities for Seasonal High-Volume Recruiters to join our recruiting team. Our recruiting team operates across specialized workstreams, and you’ll be placed into one based on your experience, strengths, and interests:
Intro Calls - Conducting initial outreach and pre-qualification
Application Review - Evaluating resumes and candidate qualifications
Recruiter Screens - Leading structured video interviews
Offers - Performing quality assurance reviews and managing offers
This structure allows you to focus on what you do best while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative recruiting engine. Each workstream will also flex to lead structured video interviews.
***Please note this role requires the use of a personal computer.
Conduct structured video interviews with applicants.
Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.
Escalate time‑sensitive hiring needs to the appropriate team members to maintain service‑level expectations.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities during peak hiring periods to meet volume and quality targets.
Superior customer service and communication skills.
A stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone.
Comfortable on video and have a quiet, professional workspace.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools.
