Our client seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered workforce solutions that improve manager effectiveness and enable scalable people leadership. This role resides within an AI Enablement team that determines how far business and HR technology initiatives can progress without software engineering involvement. The Product Manager will partner with People Technology, PART, HR, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI, workflow automation, configuration, and emerging technologies can solve business problems while minimizing custom development. Lead discovery, prioritization, and delivery of AI-powered capabilities across performance management, goal management, hiring and talent evaluation, employee 360 insights, and manager effectiveness.
Establish frameworks, standards, and guardrails for AI solution adoption, including use case evaluation criteria, implementation playbooks, and operational procedures.
5+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise software, HR technology, AI platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of workforce technology ecosystems including platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and collaboration platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience managing complex enterprise transformation initiatives and familiarity with Workday, Workday Extend, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
