This role manages facilities/plant operations teams which includes, but is not limited to, regulatory compliance, quality assurance activities, financial performance and reporting, and personnel management/development. You must comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.SummarySupervise and direct the plant operations team; ensuring that the Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are performed as efficiently as possible. Make decisions with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices.Maintain a working knowledge and ensures compliance with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and any other relevant amendments or appendices which guide JLL's relationship.Accountable for financial performance related to Operational Facilities spend while ensuring adherence to established budgets.Track trends and recommend action plans regarding KPI/SLA below standard performance (MSA Driven) for Plant Operations/Engineering Services.Provide oversight/support in the delivery of maintenance, projects and vendor activities supporting critical operations and/or functions.Ensure staff is trained in approved practices and procedures related to proper facility maintenance techniques. Create a safe work environment for staff by ensuring adherence to all safety/infection control policies and procedures/practices to include but not limited to the wearing of appropriate protective clothing and gear and the proper handling of contaminated equipment and tools.Accountable for ensuring that all building systems and equipment are maintained in accordance with applicable State/Federal/Local regulatory requirements.Determine the degree of compliance with applicable standards, as directed by JLL management, specifically in the areas of NFPA101 Life Safety Code, Safety Management, Security Management, Hazardous Materials Management and Waste.Performs additional duties as requested.Required Experience And Skills5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experienceManagerial experience required with proven budget and personnel responsibilitiesStrong organizational and management within matrixed organizations; oversight of both technical and administrative staffExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsProficient in MS Office and MS Share PointComputer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systemsSupervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessaryPreferred Experience And SkillsCollege degree in a related engineering field, formal apprenticeship program or technical trade schoolCHFM Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, CPMM Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM Certified Facility Manager or other relevant certificationsOversight of multiple facilities with varied functionsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:120,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
