We are hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Canonsburg, PA area. This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!

The bonus opportunities extend well beyond your first year. What You’ll Do: Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you

Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning

Work independently, but never alone

Travel to patient homes within assigned territory
