Marketing and Content Creator

IRL Marketing is an outsourced content marketing agency built for real-life, service-based businesses. We partner with healthcare practices, real estate teams, and other service businesses that don't have the time (or the desire) to build an in-house marketing department. Instead of hiring a large team of internal marketers, our clients hire us — and we embed a nimble, creative, on-the-ground team into their business to produce the content that actually moves the needle.

We're hiring a Content Creator with a healthcare focus to be the eyes, ears, and camera on the ground for our healthcare clients across the Houston area. You'll spend most of your week inside clinics, medical offices, and healthcare facilities — capturing the real moments that make each practice unique and turning them into scroll-stopping short-form content.

You are a one-person production crew: you show up, you direct, you shoot, you edit, and you deliver. You know how to make a doctor feel comfortable on camera, how to coach a medical assistant through a 15-second reel, and how to capture a patient testimonial with warmth and professionalism (and full HIPAA awareness).

Our clients will see you more than they see us — so you need to represent IRL Marketing with the kind of polish, reliability, and easygoing confidence that makes people say, I love working with them.

Capture 1–2 short-form video reels per day on-site at healthcare client locations across Houston

Direct on-camera talent (physicians, nurses, staff, patients) with clear, calm, and confident coaching

Edit content quickly — most reels should be turned around within 24–48 hours

Build ongoing creative relationships with each client — you're their go-to person in the field

Help identify content opportunities inside each practice (procedures, staff stories, patient wins, community moments)

Collaborate with our internal strategy and account team to make sure every piece of content ladders up to the client's growth goals

Contribute to community building around each client's brand — engaging with comments, DMs, and local audiences when needed

Healthcare content experience (preferred, not required) — you've created content inside a clinic, hospital, med spa, dental practice, or similar environment (or you have a strong portfolio that proves you can)

Strong short-form video skills — you can shoot on an iPhone or mirrorless camera and edit in CapCut, Premiere, or similar

Great with people — you can walk into a busy medical office and make everyone feel at ease within 5 minutes

HIPAA awareness (preferred, not required) — you understand why patient privacy matters and how to work respectfully in medical environments

Fast turnaround mindset — you'd rather ship a great reel today than a perfect one next week

Bonus: experience with social media strategy, community management, or copywriting

Bonus: you can speak Spanish to easily interact with patients!
