Cardiovascular Registered Nurse Full Time Day Shift

Position Summary Full-time experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room on the Open Heart Team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. The selected RN will be an upbeat Operating Room Registered Nurse with Open Heart experience who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team passionate about providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families.
Shift schedule: predominately Day/Evening shifts, Monday‑Friday, with flexibility to work the Mid shifts and take Open Heart Call as required.

Requirements BSN preferred or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire with relevant experience.
Current RN licensure required.
3years or more Operating Room experience required.
2‑3years of Open Heart Team experience.
Eligible for a $50,000 sign‑on bonus to be paid over 24 months for CVOR‑experienced candidates.
Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05. This range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including, without limitation, skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
