divh2Paul Davis Restoration Technician/h2pPaul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters. These values guide how we serve our customers, support our teammates, and grow together./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliComplete pack-out and pack-in of customers contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration./liliAssists/helps with the pick-up (loading), transportation, and delivery (unloading and placement) of household goods/equipment./liliRoutinely involves lifting, movement and placement of heavy items by hand or with the assistance of material handling equipment./liliMay be required to pack, unpack and wrap/unwrap household goods items per customer specifications./liliDisassemble and reassemble furniture items/liliPerform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards./liliSet dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment at the work site, ensuring proper setup and removal./liliRemove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc. liliAct as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered./liliDrive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliValid drivers license and satisfactory driving record./li/ulh3Hours:/h3pFull-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7:15 am to 4:30pm, Optional Overtime included./pulliParticipate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule./h3ulliWeekly Bonus opportunities/liliPTO/liliHoliday Pay/liliHealthcare/liliDental Vision Insurance/liliGenerous 401k Program with company match/liliReferral Program/liliTenure Program/li/ulpCompensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour/ppSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
