Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring a full-time Service Manager. This role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and overall performance of the service department for the assigned branch. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Leadership & Operations

Lead and oversee the daily operations of service department, including service repairs and customer service.
Manage and develop technicians within the assigned branch.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and support needs.
Ensure the showroom, shop, yard, and equipment are clean, organized, and well maintained.
Service Department

Schedule and prioritize equipment repairs to meet customer timelines and maximize technician productivity.
Coordinate shop workflow and communicate clearly with customers regarding service status.
Ensure customer and company equipment is kept in good condition.
Regularly evaluate all service equipment & tool needs and propose solutions.
3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a shop environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Hands-on heavy construction equipment experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with parts or rental operations is a plus.
• Working knowledge of specific mechanical training with demonstrated ability to motivate and lead.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
