Job Description Florida Health Science Consulting, LLC d/b/a NoCo CPR is seeking an AHA CPR Instructor to support high-quality, hands-on American Heart Association training in Fort Collins, CO.
Position Summary The AHA CPR Instructor provides safe, engaging, and effective CPR and related emergency response instruction for individuals and groups. You will deliver training that meets course standards while fostering a supportive learning environment.
As an onsite and mobile, part-time instructor, you will help participants build confidence in emergency response skills through clear coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on practice.
Key Responsibilities
Teach AHA CPR courses onsite and mobile, ensuring all instruction is delivered according to established course requirements and standards
Prepare training materials and classroom setup as needed to support smooth course delivery
Lead hands-on skill practice, including feedback on technique to help participants meet course outcomes
Maintain accurate training records and documentation as required for each session
Ensure a safe and professional training environment for participants and staff
Required Qualifications
American Heart Association BLS instructor certification
Demonstrated ability to teach, train, or facilitate learning in a clear and engaging manner
Strong understanding of CPR fundamentals and confidence leading practical skills sessions
Professional communication skills with the ability to guide participants of varying experience levels
Ability to work onsite in Fort Collins, CO on a part-time schedule
Reliability and professionalism in representing the training program during course delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience instructing CPR, first aid, or emergency response courses
Familiarity with AHA training expectations and instructor-led course delivery
Experience working with diverse audiences, including community groups and healthcare-related participants
Comfort maintaining training documentation and session notes with attention to detail
Compensation Hourly rate: $35
