Multitask and manage front desk responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment

Perform light cleaning duties and hospitality tasks (make coffee, fold towels, stock supplies)

Manage schedule (~10-29 hours per week, depending on branch)

Weekday Opening Shift: 4:45 AM – 9:00 AM

Weekday Closing Shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Weekend Shifts: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays

This position supports member engagement, check‑ins, and front desk operations during our busiest times.

Professional customer service and communication skills

Responsible for quality and accuracy

Proficient with Microsoft Suite and web navigation

Creative and innovative

High school diploma or GED required

Bilingual helpful, but not required

Strong communication and professional customer service skills

Proactive approach to learning new information and using online/internal resources

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic web navigation
