We are currently hiring Caregivers . Flexible start dates available. New employee orientations are held weekly.

Job Summary
As a Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, non-medical, in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Care is provided one-on-one and guided by an individualized service plan, with training and ongoing support provided by the agency.

What You’ll Do
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding (as appropriate)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Run errands and accompany clients to appointments as outlined in the care plan
Provide exercise and medication reminders only
Offer in-home respite care for families
Observe and report changes in client condition or home safety
Complete required documentation, including time in and out

All care is non-medical and provided within agency guidelines.
What We’re Looking For

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to follow written care plans and verbal instructions
Physical ability to safely assist clients
Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
Willingness to complete paid training and competency validation
Additional languages are a plus
Reliable transportation preferred (mileage reimbursed when applicable)
