Job Description: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. Practicing in a clinical environment overseen by Nurse Managers and supported through the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, the RN ensures care delivery aligns with evidence-based practices and organizational standards. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process, providing relationship-based care tailored to diverse patient populations, and collaborating effectively within the care team. Commitment to professional development, mentorship, and participation in performance improvement initiatives are essential. The role requires current licensure, applicable certifications (ACLS, BLS, NIHSS), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking skills. Shift: Night (7:45 PM - 7:15 AM), every other weekend, 2 major and 2 minor holidays Start Date: 01/06/2025 Benefits:
