Pay and Schedule $19.00 per hour, up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy
Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience
Maintain professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store
Train retail store associates on HP products and services
Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness
Report performance and provide competitive insights
Support sales in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments
Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
Welcoming customers and offering assistance and product guidance
Accurately document and report sales
Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, and presentable at all times
Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required
Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast with outgoing personality
Experience engaging with customers and demonstrating products
Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus
Training or product demonstration experience a plus
1‑year job experience required
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
