Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Evening/Flex Part-Time

Divine Homes Healthcare Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our part-time team in Reston, VA. Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)

Support community integration by accompanying clients to appointments, outings, and social activities

Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately

Administer medications and monitor health conditions per care plan guidelines

Encourage skill-building, independence, and self-advocacy among clients

High school diploma or GED required

Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related healthcare field preferred

Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
