Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to understand the problem and identify a path forward, plan execution, delivery, and drive an initiative over the finish-line by identifying and tracking risks and issues and keeping to the timeline.
Demonstrates flexibility to get things done.
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions. You can take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line.

Education

Minimum 10 years technical project or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics strongly preferred.
