Project Civil Engineer

Arcadis is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team within the North America Places group. We are looking to grow our team of skilled multi-disciplinary engineers and engineering consultants throughout North America. In this hybrid role, you'll work on some of the most dynamic and complex civil development projects—think hospitals, airports, residential neighborhoods, shopping centers, and educational campuses. Please submit a complete application that includes your resume and a short project list.

Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software

Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts

Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies

Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation

3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required) - EIT or PE certification preferred
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
• Excellent communication and project management skills
