Purchasing Coordinator
Standard Business Hours (Occasional Overtime)
Work Days: Monday - Friday

Purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, labels, and supplies to support production needs
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and quality departments to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages while maintaining efficient stock levels
Track supplier performance and resolve issues involving pricing, quality, shortages, or delivery delays
1-2 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience

• Experience using ERP/MRP systems along with strong Excel and Outlook skills
• Food manufacturing experience or knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
