As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care by promoting oral health, preventing disease, and educating patients on maintaining healthy smiles. Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing

Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately

Take and develop dental radiographs (X‑rays)

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care

Identify conditions such as gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other oral health concerns

Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe clinical environment

Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols

Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health

Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to become licensed; new graduates are welcome)

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (accredited program)

Passionate about patient care and education, practicing at the top of scope to improve oral health outcomes

55 – $60 per hour.
