Become part of a group which delivers state-of-the-art care with a full service staff./ppPsychiatrist/ppMust be able to evaluate, identify, diagnose and treat patients with behavioral or emotional disorders for ages 16 and up./ppMust be able to conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medication and evaluate treatment results./ppMust be able to coordinate/communicate with the interdisciplinary team which includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and a team of therapists in managing patient challenges/behavioral dysfunction./ppAt least 2 years of experience in the clinical settings./ppRequirements/ppPsychiatrist License to practice in Texas./ppMust be able to maintain a consistent and dependable work schedule (8-5 M-F)./ppMust have experience working with patients ages 16 and up, individually or with their families, as needed./ppMust be an effective communicator, able to easily build and maintain relationships with patients./ppMust have a working knowledge of EMR/EHR, highly organized, and an ability to problem-solve./ppBi-lingual is a plus./ppJob Type: Full-time./ppSalary: $250000-300000./ppBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Performance Bonus./p/div
