Warehouse Manager Pay Range:
Hourly Pay: $25 - $30 / hour depending on experience

Warehouse Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
Process inventory for delivery.
Receive freight and material deliveries and ensure quality. Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper locations
Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
Move materials, tools, and equipment to and from UMC warehouse, jobsites, and supply houses
Prepare, sort, and kit materials for delivery as needed
Track and audit company tool assets.
Warehouse Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
Must have dependable transportation, able to pass a background check, physical and drug screening, and be authorized to work in the USA
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR). CDL is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of prior forklift experience required. Current forklift certification is a plus; certification training will be provided for candidates with expired or no prior certification.
Experience with properly securing equipment and materials on trailers is required
Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality and organization of inventory
Familiarity with plumbing and or HVAC parts and terminology is a plus
Familiarity with inventory software, and able to upload data into the company system (will train).
While performing this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Occasionally exposure to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites occurs. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The performance of work happens in outside weather conditions. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.
