Head Of Department - Nights
Esi Electrical Contractors, Inc.
Must havefour-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
Leadership experience in a field environment.
Advanced understanding of corporate, industry and safety practices, processes,standardsand how they affect project activities.
Requires strong computer competence.
Establish group objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policies. Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by the group.
Ensure all company policies and procedures, including safety, are followed. Maintain a positive cash position for the group. Monitor and analyze project budget and cost activities on a regular basis.
Authorize and approve expenditures in line with corporate Expenditure Approval and Authority Policy.
Directly supervise the work of and provide mentoring to the project management staff.
Effectively manage business development activities for the group, securing new work on a routine basis.
Travel, either local or overnight, may berequired.
