Schedule: Full time Shift: Night (United States of America)
Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care to promote understanding and compliance.
Advocate for patient safety by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions such as IVs, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collections.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care quality, safety, and efficiency.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: [Required] Works independently, self-motivated, takes direction from physician and management to complete assignments.

• Required] Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, Immediate use sterilization policy and procedures.
• Required] Must be proficient in English
• Required] Computer literate
• Preferred] Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Required] Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that addresses the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and age-appropriate needs of the patient population served within the department
• Required] Customer Relations
• Required] Computer (visual)
• Preferred] Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty

Associate's of Nursing [Required]
Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience: 1+ year medical surgical experience [Required]
1+ year surgery experience [Preferred]
Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred]
