Janitorial - Full Time - Flexible Hours

As a Custodian, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our facilities. If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and making a positive environmental impact, we want you to be part of our team!
Flexible schedule required. This is a floater role with the option to choose a morning (7 am - 5 pm) or night shift (5 pm - 1:30am).
Location: This position requires travel between multiple job sites in the surrounding Cerritos area based on coverage needs. What You'll Do: As a Custodian, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space for everyone. Cleaning & Maintenance: Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Ensure dispensers are filled and monitor supplies across the facility.
Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants.
Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment.

Growth & Development : Experience : At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills : Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols. Must be comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment.
