Dialysis Travel Nurse

Vetted is seeking a RN - Dialysis for a travel job in Eau Claire, Wisconsin .

This contract pays approximately $12,324/month gross.

Contract length: Shift length: 12 hour shifts

Start Date: ASAP

Conduct patient intake, focused assessments, and symptom screening aligned with clinic protocols.

Work 48 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.

Support care coordination activities across providers to promote continuity of care.
