Experience: 1+ year in Labor & Delivery or NICU preferred
Hourly Pay Rate: $62.98

Circulate on laboring patients and assist with C-sections
Triage outpatient OB patients and manage postpartum care
Support patient care during inductions and postpartum hemorrhage
Collaborate with charge nurses, hospitalist, and RT team
Document patient care using Meditech Expanse and GE Centricity Perinatal EMR systems
Participate in unit orientation and uphold family-like culture on the unit
Valid nursing license with relevant state compliance
Minimum 1 year of experience in labor and delivery or NICU settings
Skills in patient monitoring, medication administration, and postpartum care
Prior experience managing laboring patients and emergency obstetric procedures
About the Assignment This position is with a leading hospital in Shreveport, LA, equipped with 85 licensed beds, and designated as a Birth Ready and Acute Stroke Ready hospital. The NICU is level 3, and the unit offers a family-like atmosphere where teamwork and patient-centered care are priorities. You will support antepartum, labor, and postpartum patients, ensuring high-quality care throughout your shift.
