Job Summary
Medical Surgical Oncology Floor Registered Nurse in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position involves providing competent clinical nursing care to oncology patients, utilizing the nursing process within a hospital setting. The role includes patient assessment, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient education to ensure optimal outcomes and safety.

Job Details

Schedule: M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, minimum 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: Active North Carolina RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC), at least 2 years of outpatient chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusion experience, and a nursing diploma, Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited school.

Additional Information: The role requires delivering patient education, care for patients with complex problems including chemotherapy and biotherapy infusions, blood product administration, and patient and family support. Candidates should be knowledgeable about healthcare standards, interdisciplinary collaboration, and safety protocols. The start date is August 17, 2026.
