At Our Town Studios, we bring joy, creativity, and support to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), youll play a vital role in supporting our clients in their daily activities, personal care, and community involvement. Follow personalized care plans and support strategies.
Encourage and participate in community outings and social activities.
Attend training sessions and staff meetings.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
Competitive pay at $18.00 per hour.
Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time options available).
