Registered Dental Hygienist
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our thriving private dental practice in Sandy Springs, GA. This position is designed for a hygienist who is comfortable managing double-column hygiene while maintaining exceptional clinical quality, efficiency, and patient relationships. If you're passionate about preventive dentistry, periodontal therapy, and patient education while maximizing your earning potential, we'd love to meet you. Located just north of Atlanta, Sandy Springs offers an outstanding quality of life with beautiful parks, excellent dining, upscale shopping, and convenient access to all the amenities of metro Atlanta.
Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing (SRP), and preventive hygiene procedures.
Take and interpret digital dental radiographs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and long-term preventive care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.
Maintain OSHA and infection control standards while supporting an efficient clinical workflow.
Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia
Comfortable working within a double-column hygiene schedule.

- $55/hour or 32% of net production, whichever is greater.
