The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SolidWorks, 5 axis, Mill, Lathe, CNC Set-Up, and Programming. This role is perfect for a process engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and enjoys the challenge of improving manufacturing systems and processes. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:Developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.Assessing processes, taking measurements and interpreting data.Designing, running, testing, and upgrading systems and processes.Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain equipment and systems to improve processes and minimize the cost of manufacturing.Working with design software and equipment to create and test prototypes for new product lines.A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in CNC Set-UpProficiency in SolidWorks, 5 axis, Mill, Lathe, CNC Set-Up.
