The Receptionist will be responsible for the specific duties listed below. Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; Prepare travel vouchers and process payments for services and products.

Maintain fax machines, assist users, send/receive faxes, and route incoming documents.

Create and print fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.

High School diploma or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal communication skills, including speaking effectively with customers and employees.

Pr Pay Rate: $21.27 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
