Educating patients and their families on preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management
Prescribing medications and therapies within your scope of practice
Engaging in patient follow-ups and managing chronic health conditions
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
Accurately documenting patient interactions in electronic medical records (EMR)
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Utah
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a similar specialty
Familiarity with EMR systems and proficiency in telehealth technologies
Full-time or adaptable scheduling options available
