Part-Time LVN Shift Care

The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team of dedicated professionals.

We specialize in psychiatric programs and substance abuse treatments such as detox and rehab. The center serves Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and areas throughout South Carolina and western North Carolina.

We are looking for highly empathetic individuals with a high level of emotional and social intelligence.

Participates in treatment planning: identifies patients’ problems, needs and strengths; provides input into discharge planning.

Participates in implementing patients’ treatment plans by monitoring progress; facilitating didactic groups, community meetings, or drug or alcohol education groups; providing input during shift report.

Updates treatment care plans.

Administers patient medications prescribed by physician.

Maintains therapeutic milieu on the unit, including facilitation of community meetings.

Effectively manages psychiatric crisis emergency situations.

LPN program completion from an accredited school of nursing required. CPR training will be provided. South Carolina LPN license with current registration required.
