Program Manager

Location: Princeton, NJ

Client Domain: Life sciences

USC and GC candidates who are local to and can work on site in Princeton, NJ 3 x per week. (2 days from home): travel to Denmark and the Netherlands every other month Must have SAP and Workday experience. This is a functional role.

Responsibilities:

The program management resources within the ePMO are uniquely positioned to support business units in the planning and delivery of large-scale programs and projects. The team is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of programs and projects on the enterprise portfolio developed in support of client's strategic direction. The Program Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of programs and projects and maximizing ROI and value delivery. In addition to managing, the Program Manager is expected to manage programs and projects assigned to his/her portfolio and will have indirect management or oversight responsibilities for the project management staff assigned to execute programs and projects on his/her portfolio, ensuring overall performance quality and adherence to scope, schedules, resources, and portfolio budgets.
