DBA - Database (Virtual)

Database Manager for marketing company Motive Marketing, specializing in entertainment and other marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities Update, organize and manage databases for Motive Marketing projects

Manage all usage and security of Motive databases

Maintain broad knowledge of marketing and an understanding of niche consumer groups, especially the “faith and family” community

College graduate with a minimum of five years professional experience

Proficient in user-friendly database programs, including web-based options. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or Keynote). Ideally also proficient in Microsoft Access and Project or similar tools

Remote work option available, but regular or occasional visits to the Santa Monica Motive offices for meetings are required

Company based in the Los Angeles area, with the remote work option described above
