Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest's needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees

Checking identification to ensure guests are the legal age to purchase and/or consume alcohol and gamble

Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals

Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation

Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests. Utilizing proper equipment and ingredients

Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, bar-ware etc.

Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning bar, washing glasses, utensils and equipment

Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies

Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations

High School Diploma preferred

Experience as a bartender preferred

Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours

Must be able to obtain a valid Casino Employee Registration license upon hire
