As our firm continues to grow, we are opening one position for an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney or Litigator.

Bonuses! Associate Attorney (Minimum 3 Years of Illinois Family Law Experience or 3 years of litigation experience; Cohen Law LLC is seeking an exceptional Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of Illinois family law experience (or litigation) to join our boutique practice in Northbrook.

This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with remote work opportunities based on experience, performance, and the needs of the firm. We value collaboration and understand that flexibility helps our team perform at its best while continuing to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Managing your own family law caseload with mentorship and support

Drafting pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, discovery, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence

Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy

Collaborating with attorneys and staff to deliver an exceptional client experience

A minimum of three (3) years of Illinois family law experience or litigation experience.

An Illinois law license in good standing

Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills

Someone who is intellectually curious, embraces feedback, takes initiative, and wants to build a long-term career in family law.
