This role includes the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities. The therapist serves as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers while upholding professional standards and organizational values. Document medical records clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner. Provide care under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance guidelines. Participate in student programs as appropriate, ensuring a positive learning environment. Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality. 0 shift schedule.
