Millwright Position Summary:

Installs, maintains and repairs of a variety of piping and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings in industrial establishment, using hoists, lift trucks, hand-tools, and power tools: Hiring Requirements for Millwright:

High School or Vocational High School diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical trades (i.e. plumbing, pipefitting, or other mechanical installation).

Successful completion of the Millwright Apprenticeship program, Millwright certification through an accredited program, and/or applicable welding licenses.

OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).

Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen.

That's why our Employee Development Department manages our Construction Management Trainee (CMT) and our Foreman Development Programs. White Training Center is regularly abuzz with craft skills training and leadership learning activities as well. Yes, we have tuition reimbursement too.
