Summary

This role involves enhancing and maintaining the build and deployment infrastructure for a cloud development organization, focusing on scalability and reliability within high-security federal environments. You will be instrumental in improving developer workflows and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the build systems to meet stringent compliance requirements. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, while also driving long-term improvements to accelerate development and anticipate future needs.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage secure build and deployment pipelines.

Integrate security and compliance mandates into system architecture.

Monitor and optimize build system performance and developer workflows.

Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineers for system availability.

Proactively identify and resolve build system issues.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years in development, build, or release engineering.
• Experience with scalable continuous integration infrastructure.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Shell or Groovy.

Domain / Industry Experience

This role requires experience within regulated cloud environments, particularly those meeting FedRAMP High and DoD Impact Level 5 requirements, for U.S. federal and defense customers.
