Bistro Evening Server/Bartender

Join our dynamic team at the Sugar Pine Lounge at LACC as a professional and friendly bartender, where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our members and guests. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality to ensure our bar provides a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards

Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, fostering a welcoming environment

Manage cash register and process payments accurately

Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels

Follow all LACC policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service and safety protocols

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and clubhouse events

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role

Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events

Valid California Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
