This role works closely with the pediatric cardiologist and reports to the Cardiac Services Manager.What You'll DoPerform high‑quality pediatric and congenital heart disease echocardiograms in outpatient, inpatient, nursery, and NICU settings.Maintain strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.Immediately report urgent or critical findings to the pediatric cardiologist.Document studies in the EMR and enter preliminary findings in PACS.Provide timely preliminary results to the pediatric cardiologist, prioritizing STAT and inpatient studies.Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care.Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment.Assist with training new sonographers, students, or staff.Deliver excellent customer and patient service with clear, caring communication.Education & CertificationActive Pediatric Echocardiography certification required (RDCS through ARDMS, RCS through CCI, or approved equivalent).Graduation from an approved program preferred.ExperienceMinimum 1 year of full‑time pediatric echocardiography experience required.Ability to maintain repetitive arm positions during scanning.Ability to move equipment and assist or transport patients.Pay Range Disclosure:Standard Rate of $37.86 to $48.08 per hour plus benefitsCentralus and its affiliates are committed to treating all patients, providers, staff and volunteers equitably and with dignity, ensuring the highest levels of safety, care and respect, and striving to recognize and overcome biases and policies that contribute to disparities in healthcare access, equitable care and positive health outcomes for all.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, supporting the growth and health of our employees and community by embracing the rich diversity, needs and circumstances of all peoples and prioritizing opportunities to build a diverse and inclusive workplace.
