Responsibilities Manage communication between the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Oversee and deliver documents with design intent and top‑notch technical quality.
Maintain and oversee the project manual and specifications.
Conduct on‑site observations and document site reviews.
Interface with building and permitting officials during permitting and construction phases.
Contribute to the financial performance of projects, including proposals and contracts.
Ensure projects conform to contractual obligations.
Lead teams for successful project delivery.
Participate in office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.
Qualifications Registered Architect required.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
Five or more years of related experience, including success as a project architect on a range of project types.
Revit experience required.
Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
Experience with the entire project lifecycle through post‑occupancy.
Ability to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development.
Well‑rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution.
Work Location This position requires you to be in the Dallas office five days per week. Non‑local candidates are welcome.
