Role Description
This is an Interim contract remote role for a Hospital Follow-up/Collections specialist and Inpatient/outpatient certified coding professional. The specialists will be responsible for follow-up on unpaid medical claims, resolving billing issues, communicating with insurance companies and patients regarding balances and account status, and verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility. Must have 5+ years experience in a CBO environment. Epic experience required.

Familiarity with insurance regulations and policies
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Coding Certification (CPS, CCS) required
